I am a seasoned, educated and well versed in all areas of signings, I am known to make this session pleasant, prompt and seamless. I am well versed in Refinance, VA Loans, Conventional, FHA, USDA, HELOC, Seller, Buyer, Reverse Mortgages and Quick Claim Deeds.


I service my community withing 45 miles from the Asheville area, I can negotiate beyond that on a case by case.


My mission is to help expedite the loan closing process for Attorneys, Lenders, Title agencies and Escrow/Mortgages companies and the general public.


Part of being a full Mobile Notary Service I can notarize Power of Attorneys (POA), Car Title Work, Immigration and Passport notarizations, Jurats, Oaths, Acknowledgments, and many more.


I am Background Certified; hold E&O Insurance and I am an NNA Member. I am also a proud self-employed member of this great community.
